Delivery Information
- Delivery Area: We deliver to all areas within Botswana
- Delivery Times: Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Delivery Method: We use courier service, in-house delivery team and buses in case you want that method.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once your order has been processed
- Delivery to Doorstep: Our deliveries are made to your doorstep. If you have specific instructions or restrictions, please let us know in the order notes.
- Signature upon Delivery: A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, our delivery team will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection.
- Delivery Timescales: Estimated delivery times are same day around Gaborone between 2-4 hours after purchase then next day delivery for orders made after 3:30pm, for places out of Gaborone we do 2-3 working days.
- Delivery Charges: Our delivery charges are free around Gaborone, flat rate, calculated at checkout.
